ChordStage is developed by Signal Chain LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information associated with your use of the app. This policy explains what data ChordStage accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
ChordStage does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to Signal Chain LLC or any third parties. We do not use analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies of any kind.
All content you create in ChordStage — songs, chord charts, setlists, books, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data remains entirely under your control.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, ChordStage uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your library across your Apple devices. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Signal Chain LLC does not have access to your iCloud data.
ChordStage does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data. The app does not contain advertising.
ChordStage supports Bluetooth keyboards and foot pedals for hands-free navigation. This connection is handled at the operating system level by iOS. ChordStage does not access Bluetooth hardware directly or collect any data from connected devices.
ChordStage does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and contains no advertising or in-app purchases.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
